This volunteer-run website publishes general information about 1st Amherstview / Bath Scouts. It does not publish youth names, attendance lists, or private ScoutsTracker information.

Website traffic

We count visits and estimate unique visitors per day using a one-way hash. Raw IP addresses are not stored. These totals help the group understand whether families are finding the site.

Contact and registration

Email sent to the group is handled by group volunteers. Registration and member records are managed through Scouts Canada and ScoutsTracker under their own privacy practices.

Photos

Group photos are used only when the group understands that publication permission has been obtained. Contact 1st.ab.scouting@gmail.com to request review or removal.

Because this is a volunteer-run inbox, replies normally take two or three days.
