Photos help families see what local Scouting is like. Protecting youth comes first.

What we publish

• Photos approved for group communication and public sharing.
• Captions about the activity without identifying youth.
• No attendance lists, personal contact details, or private event information.

Removal requests

A parent, guardian, youth, or Scouter may request that a photo be reviewed or removed. Email 1st.ab.scouting@gmail.com with a description or screenshot of the photo.

Before uploading

Website administrators must confirm that the photo is appropriate for public use and add a useful, non-identifying description.
